Each project is approached individually. Crosslinkz uses bespoke in-house software to capture each project. We data capture using as many predefined fields, field validations, formulas and lookups to maximise error free capturing.

We believe accuracy rates are dependent on the legibility of handwriting and the overall design of the document. We won’t make ridiculous claims about accuracy rates but tell you what you can reasonably expect on a project basis and then give you pointers on how to improve data capture quality in the future.

As standard, all data capture is verified by double keying pre-defined ‘critical’ fields – surname, company and postcode. If necessary we can double key all fields.

We offer PAF verification for UK addresses and use automated address software on data entry.

We can reformat your data to ensure data sits in the relevant fields and increase success rates in deduplication and Mailsorting for example.
